On Saturday, January 12th Knox County will be hosting its annual E-Waste
Recycling Event from 8:30am-4pm and has invited AmeriCorps Alums,
Knoxville to participate.
If you would be interested in contributing
your time to kickoff the new year with a fun service event, please shoot me an email with the following information.
Name Email Phone Number and Shift Preference (8:30am-4pm, 8:30am-12pm, 12pm-4pm)
AmeriCorps
Alums events don't require that you be an Alum to participate so if you
want to bring your friends or family you are perfectly welcome,
although for this event I imagine limiting it to children of some
maturity (say 15+) would likely be preferable.
Please let me
know, Current Corps member Abby is working to get this coordinated and
would appreciate having this info as soon as possible.
